Job Description
The company is seeking a Revit Technologist with a specialization in lighting for their studio in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience and a strong understanding of Revit software. Experience in lighting or electrical engineering is a plus.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of lighting systems within Revit, ensuring they meet technical specifications and project requirements. You'll work closely with lighting designers to determine the optimal placement of fixtures and coordinate these systems with other disciplines, including architects and MEP engineers, to maintain a cohesive BIM model.
Your responsibilities will also include performing lighting analysis and simulations to assess illuminance levels and visual effects, as well as producing technical documentation for lighting systems. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this collaborative role.
