Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM Technician to join their structural engineering team in Los Angeles. You'll be working on exciting, high-profile projects, partnering with architects to create iconic buildings.
Your role will involve producing BIM models and drawings, managing project files, and coordinating with project teams. You'll also develop Revit content, set up project models, and help train staff on BIM software. A key part of this position is managing clash detection and ensuring the quality of design documents.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of BIM technician experience, is proficient in Revit, and has a strong interest in building systems. Familiarity with computational tools like Grasshopper or Dynamo is a plus.
