Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Technician in Seattle, Washington. This role involves creating and managing BIM and CAD project documentation, working closely with project teams to develop coordinated models and drawings. You'll support ACC/BIM 360 workflows and ensure projects meet established standards.
Your day-to-day will include setting up and updating Revit models, managing project workflows in ACC/BIM 360, and producing accurate 2D and 3D deliverables. You'll also coordinate with various disciplines, handle clash detection, and convert markups into final documents. The role requires strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit, a good understanding of BIM principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
