Job Description
This role is for a Training Coordinator based in Qatar, supporting major energy projects. The company is a global engineering and construction leader with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing the project's training plan, ensuring all training services are procured and delivered according to requirements. This involves coordinating schedules with clients, selecting trainers, and ensuring all necessary facilities and materials are in place. The role also includes supervising training delivery, maintaining records, and managing the training budget.
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of experience in training coordination within the EPC, oil & gas, or energy sectors. Proven experience in developing training plans, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and managing training logistics is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills in English are required.
