Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM/VDC Coordinator to join their Retail + Restaurant studio in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. You'll be responsible for managing BIM services across various project types, collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Your day-to-day will involve developing and maintaining Revit content libraries, overseeing project models, and conducting regular audits for model health. You'll also be involved in standardizing project content, performing QA reviews including clash detection, and integrating data from external partners. Providing training and support on modeling best practices will also be a key part of your role.
To be successful, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC, with advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM software. Strong skills in managing project documentation, QA reviews, and clash detection are essential. Good communication and mentoring abilities are also important for this position.
