Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/VDC Coordinator to join their Advanced Manufacturing Group. This role involves managing and optimizing digital delivery processes for projects in sectors like electric vehicles and data centers. You'll be responsible for creating BIM Execution Plans, integrating VDC tasks like 4D scheduling and clash detection, and managing the Common Data Environment.
You'll also play a key part in coordinating with design teams and trade partners, acting as a BIM Subject Matter Expert, and overseeing model redlining and as-built processes. The position requires verifying construction with model-based practices, leading reality capture for progress reporting, and providing on-site technical support.
This is a site-based role where you'll collaborate with clients and contractors, manage trade partner modeling efforts, and support team development through training and mentorship. If you have at least 7 years of VDC/BIM experience, strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and a proven track record of on-site leadership, this could be a great opportunity for you.
