This role is about leading a Data Center Program, acting as the main point of contact for all related projects. It involves managing a team and coordinating efforts in a fast-paced environment, working closely with clients to establish standard workflows that meet project requirements. The focus is on developing people, processes, and technology to consistently enhance performance and deliver high-quality results. The position requires staying current with industry trends and new technologies to best serve clients. You'll be involved in strategic planning, proposal writing, and estimating new work. You'll also manage design methodologies, drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle, and engage with IT and Operations experts to ensure necessary resources are available. This includes authorizing data access, coordinating with various departments, and monitoring project schedules to ensure deliverables are met. Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in the digital space is also essential.
