Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM/VDC Specialist to join their in-house team in Raleigh, Greensboro, or Charlotte, NC. You'll be working on high-priority projects, taking ownership of tasks like layout, coordination, shop drawing creation, and as-builts.
You should have at least two years of relevant experience, with a year specifically in mission-critical BIM modeling. Proficiency in Blue Beam, Revit MEP, and Navisworks is essential, and experience with electrical layout in Revit is a plus. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers, preconstruction teams, and other trades, ensuring BIM models meet contract requirements and owner satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative process that adds value to clients.
