Job Description
The company is looking for a Digital Delivery (VDC/BIM) Program Lead to manage their Data Center Program. This role involves being the main point of contact for all program-related projects, leading a team, and coordinating efforts in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for developing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
You will also focus on developing staff, planning training, and creating standard operating procedures to enhance engineering and workflows. This includes driving cost reductions through innovative applications and managing workload hours effectively. The role requires strong communication and time management skills to build project teams and mobilize quickly.
In this position, you will manage design methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and engage with subject matter experts to ensure program resources are adequate. You'll also authorize data access, coordinate with various departments, and monitor project schedules to meet requirements. Building client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in the digital space will be key.
If you have over 7 years of experience in Digital Delivery and a relevant degree, this could be a great opportunity.
