Job Description
This role is for a Digital Delivery (VDC/BIM) Program Lead focused on Data Centers, based in Naples, Florida. The position involves overseeing a program, acting as the main point of contact for projects, and managing a team in a dynamic market. A key part of the job is developing standard workflows to meet specific client needs for Data Center projects.
The Program Lead will be responsible for enhancing people, processes, technology, and tools to consistently improve performance and deliverable quality. This includes staying updated on industry trends, writing proposals, and managing staff development to ensure they understand and execute client-specific workflows. The role also requires creating and managing standard operating procedures to streamline engineering and workflows, driving cost reductions through innovative applications.
In this position, you will manage design methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and engage with IT and Operations experts to ensure the program has the necessary resources. You'll also authorize data access, coordinate with various departments, and monitor project schedules to ensure the required level of development. Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in the digital space is also a crucial aspect of this role.
