Job Description
This role is for a BIM/VDC Specialist who will focus on creating detailed fabrication-ready models for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You'll be transforming design documents into precise models, working closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is skilled in Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and Navisworks, with at least two years of experience in mechanical or plumbing systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are key, as you'll be coordinating with various teams and potentially mentoring junior specialists.
