Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM/VDC Coordinator in San Francisco, California. This role goes beyond typical BIM coordination, focusing on developing VDC workflows for large-scale data center projects. You'll be instrumental in translating engineering designs into coordinated Revit and ACC deliverables that can be used consistently across multiple complex projects.
This position involves a blend of VDC, product architecture, MCAD-to-BIM coordination, model quality assurance, data standards, and program delivery. You will be responsible for planning and QA/QC of BIM/VDC deliverables, building Revit families and reusable content, and supporting MCAD-to-BIM workflows. Maintaining ACC environments, reviewing models for data quality, and coordinating with various project stakeholders are also key aspects of this role.
Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in BIM, VDC, or design technology, with strong Revit skills and experience in coordination tools like ACC or Navisworks. An interest in configurable building systems and hyperscale delivery, along with clear communication and practical judgment, is essential.
