Job Description
This role is for a BIM/VDC Coordinator focused on data center projects in Rockville, Maryland. You'll be instrumental in supporting the digital delivery of these complex projects, working closely with design and construction teams. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating BIM workflows using Revit and Civil 3D, performing clash detection with Navisworks and Revizto, and managing deliverables through Autodesk Construction Cloud.
You'll also contribute to model quality checks and digital close-out processes, including handling point cloud data. The company is looking for someone who is passionate about using technology to improve project efficiency and has a solid understanding of BIM coordination and data center standards.
