This company is looking for a skilled Drafter / Civil 3D Technician to join their team in Redwood City, California. You'll be working on a variety of civil infrastructure projects, including transportation, land development, and water resources. Your main role will be to produce and edit drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, translating design concepts into construction-ready documents. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining 2D/3D models and plan sets, and coordinating with engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards. This is a hands-on position where you'll support project teams with production drafting and document control, and help implement best practices for Civil 3D workflows. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of drafting experience, with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
