The ideal candidate will have a technical background in machining, with at least 2-3 years of experience working with various machines like lathes, 3-5 axis milling centers, and multi-function machines. Proficiency in reading technical plans, understanding dimensional tolerances, and programming in ISO code at the machine level is essential. Experience with different metals and CAD/CAM software is also required.
