Job Description
The company is looking for a Public Works Study Engineer to join their team in Colomiers, France. This role involves taking charge of the technical and financial aspects of complete projects for industrial clients.
You'll be responsible for designing and sizing projects according to client needs, while adhering to all relevant standards and procedures. This includes finding the best technical and economic solutions, often in collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors, and developing project schedules and cost estimates.
The position also requires you to write up proposals and technical memorandums, and to participate in client negotiations. A background in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics, or Construction Economics, along with at least three years of similar experience, is necessary. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD is also expected.
