Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves supporting the Project Manager and the wider project team by offering technical advice and liaising daily with various stakeholders, including the design team and subcontractors. You'll be responsible for verifying civil engineering designs, models, and drawings, as well as implementing quality assurance procedures and resolving technical issues.
This position requires a relevant third-level degree and over 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a main contractor. Experience with civil engineering projects such as roads, drainage, and utilities is essential, as is proficiency with GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment. Strong IT skills, including knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office, are also necessary.
