Job Description
The company is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team in the Riyadh Region. This role involves overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring everything aligns with project plans and standards. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various teams and subcontractors, managing technical documentation, and tracking project progress.
Your day-to-day will include reviewing engineering drawings, preparing necessary site documentation like inspection requests and RFIs, and monitoring schedules to report any delays. You'll also play a part in managing variations and supporting billing processes, ensuring that MEP, structural, and civil works are all coordinated effectively.
To be successful, you'll need a BSc in Civil or Architectural Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of construction methods and drawings is essential, along with familiarity with SBC & SASO standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management software like MS Project or Primavera will be key, as will excellent site coordination and documentation skills.
