This role is for a BoP Civil Site Supervisor based in Germany, working on concrete tower projects for wind turbines. You'll be responsible for overseeing civil works, ensuring everything meets safety and quality standards. The company offers a rotation system for on-site work, with options like 3 weeks on and 1 week off, or 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. All your assignment costs, including accommodation and a rental car, will be covered. You'll need experience in civil construction and supervision, a German driving license, and to be a resident of Germany. The job involves coordinating subcontractors, tracking schedules, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with quality control plans. You'll also be involved in resolving construction issues and maintaining project documentation. If you have a civil engineering background or equivalent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and are fluent in German and English, this could be a great opportunity.
