Job Description
The company is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their technical services team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. You'll be supporting site operations and projects, primarily in Northern Saskatchewan and Ontario, with occasional travel to these locations.
This role involves performing civil design for large construction projects like roads, bridges, and pipelines. You'll also be responsible for scope development, cost estimating, and working with designers on 3D models and 2D drawings. Developing technical specifications and ensuring designs meet company standards and regulatory requirements are key aspects of this position.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 5-10 years of relevant experience, and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently. Experience with 3D viewer software and the mining industry would be beneficial.
