Job Description
The company is looking for a Head of Innovation to join their engineering team in Surat, Gujarat, India. This role is about driving efficiency and pushing the boundaries of design through technology. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing automation scripts using Dynamo, Python, and C# to streamline Revit workflows, from modeling to documentation.
You will also focus on creating robust parametric Revit families and templates that uphold standards and minimize rework. This position involves integrating computational design principles with BIM tools and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and designers to enhance project delivery. A key part of the role includes researching and introducing new technologies and techniques to the team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong emphasis on computational design and digital workflows. Expertise in Dynamo and Revit, including experience with the Revit API, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for technology and automation, are crucial for success in this role.
