The company is seeking a Construction Engineer to bridge the gap between intricate designs and tangible, safe structures. This role is for someone who excels at ensuring structural soundness, enjoys tackling on-site problems, and can effectively manage several projects at once. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial design evaluation through to the final project handover. You will be involved in preparing and reviewing engineering designs and calculations, ensuring that all materials and structures meet safety and code requirements. The role also involves developing project timelines, managing site resources, and coordinating with various teams and contractors to guarantee the quality and structural integrity of the work. Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is essential for planning and tracking progress across multiple projects. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a similar field, along with at least three years of construction engineering experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, MEP, and structural drawings, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.
