Design Technology Manager
Job Description
This role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual equipment and services across seven offices in Asia. You'll be responsible for managing and troubleshooting A/V systems, performing regular maintenance, and implementing new systems that align with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to create technical documentation. You should be self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, bringing at least five years of experience in a global IT environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours is essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure.
A solid understanding of the Asia Pacific corporate AV market, including relationships with key industry players, is highly valued. Experience with technologies like Cisco, QSC, Crestron, Extron, and Shure is expected, along with a thorough grasp of troubleshooting within global corporate networks and AV environments.
