This role is for a Digital Delivery (VDC/BIM) Program Lead focused on Data Centers, based in Farmington, New Mexico. The position involves overseeing a program, acting as the main point of contact for projects, and managing a team in a fast-paced environment. A key part of the job is interacting with clients and developing standard workflows to meet specific Data Center project requirements.
The Program Lead will be responsible for developing people, processes, technology, and tools to enhance discipline performance, deliverable quality, and user expertise. This includes staying updated on industry trends, writing proposals, and managing staff development through training and delegation. The role also requires driving cost reductions through innovative applications and ensuring efficient workload management across projects.
