The company is looking for a Digital Delivery (VDC/BIM) Program Lead to manage a Data Center Program. This role involves being the main point of contact for all program-related projects, leading a team, and coordinating efforts in a fast-paced environment. The focus will be on creating standard workflows, developing people, processes, and technology to enhance performance and deliverable quality.
This position requires interacting with clients, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to strategic planning. The lead will also be responsible for writing and estimating proposals for new work within the program and managing staff development and training to ensure they can execute client-specific workflows.
Key responsibilities include managing design methodologies, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with subject matter experts to secure necessary resources. The role also involves building client relationships to become a trusted advisor in the digital space and capturing information across projects to create actionable data and dashboards.
