Job Description
The company is seeking a Site Engineer to manage the operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switchyard and power distribution systems. This role is crucial for ensuring equipment availability and adherence to safety and statutory regulations.
The engineer will be responsible for hands-on operation of 132 kV switchyards, transformers, and various power distribution panels. This includes performing preventive and breakdown maintenance, executing switching operations safely, and diagnosing faults. The role also covers overseeing plant utility equipment and ensuring compliance with EHS standards and permit-to-work procedures.
This position requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience. A valid CEIG Supervisory License is mandatory. The company is looking for someone to lead the site maintenance team and drive continuous improvement.
