Job Description
This role is for an Electrical Engineer to oversee the regulatory approvals and client-side direction for a major EV charging network project across Dubai. You'll be responsible for ensuring all DEWA compliance and approvals, managing LV design submissions, and coordinating inspections and energisation.
You will also be directing engineering consultants and contractors, reviewing their deliverables, and supervising site works. The position involves owning the testing and commissioning process for chargers and leading the maintenance function once the hubs are operational, ensuring contractual KPIs are met.
The company is looking for someone with a current Dubai Municipality registration as an Electrical Engineer, valid Society of Engineers membership, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering. Essential experience includes over five years in the UAE with a proven track record in electrical design, DEWA approvals, and LV commissioning.
