This company is looking for a Document Controller to manage all technical data for their mass timber projects. You'll be working closely with engineering, fabrication, and external teams to ensure everyone has access to the most current and traceable information. This role is crucial for production execution and involves managing the entire lifecycle of BIM, engineering, and fabrication documents. You will be responsible for maintaining document registers, issuing transmittals, and managing change logs for RFIs and client modifications. A key part of the role is ensuring alignment between models, drawings, and records, and supporting project management with commercial documentation. You'll also manage the project's Common Data Environment and provide platform support for systems like ACC/BIM 360 and Procore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in document control or BIM support within construction or fabrication. Proficiency with document management platforms and a strong understanding of document control principles are essential. Familiarity with BIM workflows and structured information management like ISO 19650 is a plus. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a structured environment, this could be a great fit.
