This role involves developing and executing regional asset planning strategies for Sub-Saharan Africa, ensuring fleet availability and utilization align with business needs. You'll coordinate asset movements across countries, manage supply risks, and drive efficiency by reducing idle assets. Maintaining data accuracy and compliance with asset management policies will also be key.
You'll lead regional asset reviews and continuous improvement initiatives focused on fleet readiness and business value. This position requires a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering, with over 10 years of experience in asset planning, ideally in oil & gas or a similar asset-intensive industry. Strong analytical skills, ERP system knowledge, and experience with drilling services equipment are essential.
