This role is about ensuring that the operational needs of the Expo 2030 Riyadh are fully integrated into every stage of the project, from initial planning through to the event itself and its legacy. You'll be the main point of contact for operations, making sure that everything from event logistics and security to maintenance and customer experience is considered and incorporated into the project's delivery. You will be responsible for managing the connections between various teams, including consultants, contractors, and future operators, to guarantee that the infrastructure and facilities are built to support smooth and effective operations during the Expo and beyond. This involves drawing on your experience with major events to help transition the project from construction to operational readiness. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 15 years of experience in large-scale program delivery, operations planning, or major event operations. Experience with mega-events like Expos or the Olympics is essential, as is a strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure operational requirements are met across all project phases.
