The Mechanical Supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensuring all mechanical work is performed safely and efficiently according to company procedures and the Permit to Work process. This includes managing planned and corrective maintenance, providing technical input, and coordinating personnel and logistics for maintenance and repair work. This position requires a strong understanding of process safety, excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in oil and gas production operations or similar industries.
