To be successful in this role, you'll need a 3-year diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Plumbing, or Fitter Trade, or an ITI qualification. You should have 6-8 years of relevant experience, a UAE Light Vehicle Driving License, and strong people management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
