Job Description
This role involves contributing to all technical aspects of building mechanics projects. You'll be involved in designing and producing plans and specifications for plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, geothermal, and fire protection systems. The position also includes budget estimations, thermal load calculations, site surveys, and technical report writing, with support for construction supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Construction Engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of five years of experience in HVAC building mechanics is required, along with proficiency in reading AutoCAD and Revit plans. Strong written and oral French communication skills and experience in consulting engineering are also essential.
