Job Description
This role is for a Mechanical Engineer Lead focused on Data Centres in Dubai. The company is looking for someone to take the lead in designing and developing cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. You'll be using advanced engineering principles and data-driven methods to drive innovation in thermal management, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
The position involves leading the design of cooling solutions, providing technical expertise in mechanical design aspects like HVAC systems, and developing advanced cooling strategies. You'll also research emerging technologies, conduct CFD analysis, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution. This is a chance to be a subject matter expert and build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
To be successful, you'll need a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 5-10+ years of experience, including specific data center or mission-critical project work. Strong knowledge of data center power and cooling architectures, along with experience in design and simulation tools, is essential.
