Job Description
This role is for a Staff Mechanical Engineer focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and process utilities. You'll be involved in projects ranging from simple to complex, supporting the discipline lead. The work spans various facility types, including industrial, corporate, and manufacturing.
You will contribute to the mechanical facility design process from concept to completion. This includes developing airflow diagrams, HVAC zoning, sequences of operations, P&IDs, and various layout drawings. You'll also conduct on-site utility audits and prepare equipment specifications.
The position requires collaboration with internal and external teams, including designers and other engineering disciplines. You'll also provide field support during construction and commissioning. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and HVAC analysis programs are essential.
