Job Description
The company is looking for someone to design HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This involves creating detailed drawings and 3D BIM models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks, and ensuring all designs meet project specifications and client needs.
You'll also be coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any design clashes and participating in review meetings. A key part of the role is ensuring all designs comply with local building codes and international standards, while also performing necessary calculations for load, equipment sizing, and energy efficiency.
This position requires preparing technical documentation, reports, and Bills of Quantities, as well as providing technical support during construction, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site inspections.
