Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role is crucial for developing the electrical backbone of advanced data centers that will support massive GPU clusters and critical AI workloads.
You will be responsible for leading the design, review, and optimization of electrical systems for new data center constructions, expansions, and upgrades. This includes developing single-line diagrams, load calculations, and distribution plans, as well as evaluating power systems like UPS, generators, and switchgear. Collaboration with architects, mechanical engineers, and external partners will be key to ensuring designs meet performance and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 5-10 years of experience in critical facility electrical design, and proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. Experience with high-density environments and AI computing is a plus.
