The company is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This role is crucial for powering a national AI Fabric program, focusing on designing and shaping the electrical infrastructure for advanced data centres.
You'll be responsible for leading the design and optimization of electrical systems for new data centre builds and expansions. This includes developing diagrams, performing load calculations, and planning power distribution, UPS systems, and generators. Collaboration with architects, mechanical engineers, and operations teams will be key to ensuring designs meet performance and safety requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-10 years of experience in electrical design for mission-critical facilities. Proficiency with design tools like AutoCAD or Revit, along with strong analytical and communication skills, is essential. Experience with high-density environments and AI compute is a plus.
