Job Description
The company is looking for an engineer specializing in building services or technical building equipment to join their team in Bremervörde, Lower Saxony, Germany. This role involves contributing to construction projects for the German armed forces, THW, and the state, focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. You'll be involved in project management, from initial planning phases through to completion and maintenance, and will also oversee external engineering firms.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant engineering field and at least two years of practical experience in planning and implementing building technology systems. Experience with VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen) and strong German language skills are also required. A driver's license and willingness to travel for work are necessary.
