Job Description
The company is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role focuses on automotive product design and development, particularly for plastic and electro-mechanical components.
You'll be responsible for leading the design and development of plastic models, creating engineering details, and ensuring designs are ready for production. This involves working through all development phases, from concept to deployment, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve project goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Catia, AutoCAD, and Windchill, along with a solid understanding of plastic components, die casting, and sheet metal design. Familiarity with GD&T, NPD cycles, and quality management systems is also important.
