Job Description
This role is for a Senior Project Engineer specializing in HVAC construction. You'll be responsible for making sure HVAC aspects of projects run smoothly, from initial planning through to completion. This involves reviewing all the technical documents, preparing necessary drawings and submissions, and developing detailed execution plans and schedules.
On-site, you'll be supervising the installation of various HVAC systems, ensuring everything aligns with approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes. You'll also be the go-to person for resolving any technical challenges that arise and coordinating closely with consultants for approvals.
Effective communication is key, as you'll be liaising with other project disciplines, subcontractors, and suppliers. You'll also play a part in quality control, testing, and commissioning, as well as assisting with cost management and ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. If you have 7-10 years of HVAC construction experience, particularly in large building projects, this could be a great fit.
If you're ready to take on a key role in delivering complex HVAC projects, explore this opportunity further.
