The company is looking for a Project Lead to manage mechanical projects in Dubai. This role involves overseeing projects from the initial planning stages through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll be coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, engineering and procurement teams, site execution staff, and subcontractors. A key part of the job is ensuring smooth collaboration across all these groups to achieve successful project outcomes.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8-10 years of experience in industrial construction projects. Strong skills in project leadership, execution, budgeting, and managing vendors and subcontractors are essential.
