The company is looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves ensuring all building services are seamlessly integrated with other construction activities. You'll be involved from the initial specification and procurement stages right through to the final installation, testing, and commissioning of services. The projects are diverse, spanning commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare buildings. You'll need experience with specifications, service drawings, and architectural/structural details. A key part of the job is liaising with design teams and coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure everything aligns with company standards and project timelines. You'll also manage the submission of O&M manuals and assist with tender documentation. A third-level qualification and at least three years of relevant experience, either with a building contractor or in a related field, are required.
