This company is looking for a Piping Engineer to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. You'll be involved in managing and coordinating process piping projects, from the initial design stages all the way through to installation and commissioning. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing designs, preparing fabrication packages, and working with vendors on pipe support designs. You'll also be responsible for compiling technical submittals, advising on piping system types and materials, and ensuring designs comply with codes and regulations. To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, along with at least five years of experience in industrial process piping. A strong understanding of piping materials, welding, testing, and installation is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office and project planning software.
