Job Description
The company is looking for a Building Services Engineer to join their team in Frankfurt am Main. This role involves providing technical advice on building services for real estate transactions and existing properties. You'll be responsible for creating reports on building conditions and conducting technical due diligence.
Your work will include estimating costs for defect remediation and lifecycle expenses, as well as evaluating building energy efficiency and developing energy-saving strategies. You'll also be involved in tracking schedules and costs, project monitoring, and acting as a representative for the client.
To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar qualification, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Strong German language skills are essential, and good English proficiency is needed for international collaboration. Familiarity with VOB/B and HOAI regulations is also important.
