Job Description
This role is for an Electrical Site Execution Engineer in the Greater Chennai Area. The company is looking for someone to oversee and manage all electrical work on-site, ensuring it aligns with project specifications and drawings. This includes supervising installations, testing, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
You'll be responsible for coordinating with various teams, including civil engineers, QA/QC, and EHS, as well as external contractors and technicians. A key part of the job involves monitoring progress, reporting on daily activities, and assisting with material management and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5-15 years of site experience, ideally in solar power or EPC projects. Strong knowledge of solar plant electrical systems (AC & DC) and the ability to read technical drawings are essential, along with good coordination and communication skills.
