Job Description
The company is looking for an Electrical Building Services Technician in Leipzig. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical and building services systems, including low voltage, emergency power, and safety lighting. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing building management system alerts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations through inspections.
You will also manage security systems, access control, and event technology. The position requires coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and repair work, and providing support in related trades like heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing.
To be successful in this role, you should have completed training as an Electronics Technician or a similar qualification in electrical engineering. Experience in maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting technical systems is essential, along with knowledge of building management systems and electrical regulations. A Class C1 driver's license and willingness to participate in on-call services are also required.
