This company, a well-established real estate developer since 1978, is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join their projects team in Mumbai. The role focuses on overseeing the execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services across their residential and commercial developments.
You'll be responsible for managing HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing systems from installation through to testing and commissioning. This involves supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, and coordinating closely with civil, architectural, and electrical teams to resolve any site-specific technical issues.
