The company is looking for a Project Designer to join their Technical Department. This role involves managing and developing refrigeration system projects for both existing sites and new constructions. You'll be instrumental in improving and optimizing the company's infrastructure across Italy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical design and execution of refrigeration plant projects, supervising on-site work, and participating in testing phases. You'll also be involved in selecting suppliers, defining technical and economic choices, and planning investments. Additionally, you'll conduct audits on existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with HSE departments to ensure compliance. This position requires an engineering degree or a technical diploma in industrial refrigeration, along with 3-5 years of experience in a technical office or similar role. Proven project management skills for refrigeration systems are essential, as is a willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
