Job Description
The company is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves reviewing construction plans, estimating material quantities and costs, and preparing essential project documents like BOQs and tender packages. You'll be a key link between the site and the technical office, ensuring accurate quantity surveying services and managing material issuance from the warehouse.
You'll also be responsible for amending consultant comments on quantity surveying matters and issuing QS documents for subcontractors, seeking final approval from the Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency in Revit, MS Office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success in this collaborative role.
